Our rights management service allows you to effectively collect public performance and mechanical royalties paid by Online Stores, Streaming Services, Record Labels, Radio and Television broadcasters for the usage of your music.

Decoder Muzique rights management services are open to all artists and songwriters who create and perform original material and to all independent music labels.

We do not charge you a membership fee, we just take a small percentage of the royalties collected on your behalf. And above all, you as the artist get to retain all your copyrights.

Licensing

The legal and synchs department covers the management of synchs licenses and the adaptation of songs belonging to our catalogue. The synchronization of already existing works is used in advertising campaigns, movies, theatre plays, Tv series, Web sites and other audiovisual media.

ADAPTATION PERMISSIONS

We manage the adaptation permissions of existing songs that should be approved by the original author. We will take care of managing the permission and the original authors will decide if they want to grant the adaptor any percentage for the adapted version.

SYNCHS LICENSES

The synchronization right includes the first play of a music composition in an audiovisual work or in a record. This right needs the author's or copyright owner's authorization, each case is considered separately and it is not included in the general licenses that Sgae grants to Television and Radio companies.
